The Tucson is the family SUV Hyundai got properly right — sharp to look at, generously equipped and backed by a long warranty from new.
The current Tucson broke Hyundai out of the sensible-but-dull bracket. It is roomy, quiet and very well equipped even in lower trims, and the five-year unlimited-mileage warranty it carried from new often still has time left on a used example.
Most of ours are the self-charging or plug-in hybrid, which suit school runs and town driving without any charging discipline. The plain petrol is the cheapest way in, and the plug-in makes most sense if you can charge at home and want the low company-car tax.
Every car is HPI-checked, put through a workshop inspection, MOT'd where needed, and valeted before it is advertised. We look at service history properly rather than taking a stamped book at face value, and anything that needs doing gets done before the car is photographed, not after a customer finds it.
Every car leaves with a warranty and 12 months' AA breakdown cover as standard. We are an AA Approved Dealer, which means the AA audits how we prepare and sell cars rather than us simply saying we do it well.
Finance is available on every Tucson we sell, on hire purchase or PCP, and we work with a panel of lenders rather than a single bank — including for buyers whose credit history is not perfect. You can get an indication before you apply without it affecting your credit score.
