Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless a refund has been agreed with us in writing before the deposit is paid. Where a refund has been agreed in advance, it only stands up to the point of viewing — once you have viewed and/or test-driven the vehicle, the deposit is no longer refundable unless you tell us there and then that you do not wish to go ahead. The deposit comes off the agreed purchase price and does not affect your statutory rights.
