What is the AA mediation service and how does it work?

The AA mediation service is your safety net if any issues arise after purchase. Here's how it works: if you have a problem with your vehicle and can't resolve it directly with us here at LMC (though we always try to handle things in-house first), you can contact AA Cars for free, impartial mediation. 

The AA acts as an independent broker between you and us, gathering evidence from both sides and determining the fair course of action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This gives you an extra layer of protection and recourse - you're never on your own. Most issues are resolved quickly and fairly through this process.
