At LMC, we strive to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and our team works hard to ensure that every car buyer that walks through our doors has a pleasant and memorable experience. We are genuinely passionate about helping people to find the right car for them so that they can drive away happy and hopefully return to us again in the future!
We offer a host of services to personalise each purchase, with various car finance options, a vehicle sourcing service, part-exchange and aftercare products. All of our vehicles have at least 6 months left on their MOT and are fully inspected by qualified technicians. We even provide 12 months of breakdown cover when you purchase any of our vehicles for your peace of mind.
As hard as we try to deliver the best possible car-buying experience for all of our customers, we believe that there is always room for improvements to be made and we are open to all feedback from our valued customers. We have an effective complaints procedure if you have any issues or queries, so please do not hesitate to get in contact with our team and we will do everything we can to help.

- Minimum 6 months MOT remaining (often more)
- 75-point inspection by qualified technicians before sale
- 12 months AA breakdown cover for peace of mind (on qualifying purchases)
- A 3-month standard warranty is included free on every vehicle
- Free vehicle history check provided by AA
- Full valeting and professional preparation
- Can I schedule an appointment or do I just visit the showroom?
Both options work! We're flexible to suit your preferences. Walk-ins are welcome, so you can visit anytime during business hours to browse our forecourt freely. Test drives are encouraged (subject to availability), and our team are always available to help.Â
- What aftercare services does LMC provide?
Our relationship doesn't end when you drive away - we provide comprehensive aftercare, including servicing and maintenance plans with qualified technicians. We also offer standard and extended warranty support, as well as ongoing assistance if you have questions about your vehicle.Â
