The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is a difficult and challenging time, however, we all know that some people still need a car. We’d like to explain what we’re doing and how we can help if you do not wish to visit us in showroom.
The easiest thing when finding a new car is to read up as much as possible about the particular car you’re interested in. Do not hesitate to call us at any time for any information regarding our vehicle or the make and model itself! We are more than happy to speak to you and reassure you of any worries or queries you might have.
Once you’re happy with the information and the make and model of the car you’re looking for we can send you extra personalised video tours and photos straight to your phone or email for you to look at in detail. If there is anything, in particular, you want to see on our vehicle we can make sure to get the best quality video or photo over to you.
If you’re looking at taking out finance here at LMC we can easily conduct a finance proposal over the phone to then send on. Most of the finance companies we work with get back to us within 2 hours so we shall have their decisions in no time. We can discuss all of your options over the phone and even send you an e-sign, so there really is no need to worry about coming in and signing the paperwork! If you’re looking at paying outright with cash we can easily sort a bank transfer to ensure you do as little as possible.
As part of our defense to stop the spread of any bacteria and virus’ we have ensured our desks are topped with hand sanitser, we also have a main sanitising point next to our toilets. We would like to ask our customers and anyone who comes into our workplace to kindly wash their hands and use the sanitiser provided to ensure we are as hygienic and clean as possible. Please do not think us rude if we do not shake your hand on arrival!
As part of our mission to make car buying the easiest and smoothest process possible we have now decided to deliver nationwide. If you’re still not comfortable with contact from our delivery driver we can arrange for him to drop documents through the letterbox, extending our services and making sure there is no unnecessary contact.
If you do still wish to visit us here at LMC then you are more than welcome to, however, please call ahead as we are now only taking viewings by appointment only. Our opening hours are still the same however if you are looking to visit us on our late night opening hours Tuesday and Thursday please call ahead of arrival. If we do decide to change our hours at any time we will notify customers via text/email/phone. We shall also update our website which you can find HERE, post via social media accounts and a newsletter to our database of customers.
